Manager and Fund

LION-S GP S.à r.l. acts as managing general partner and registered alternative investment fund manager of LION-S FUND SCSp, RCS Luxembourg B310614, a Luxembourg special limited partnership (société en commandite spéciale) established on 15 July 2026, with its registered office at the same address, qualifying as an alternative investment fund (the “Fund”). LION-S Social Risk Arbitrage is the commercial name used for the Fund on this website.

The manager is registered with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), reference A00004257, with registration date 10 August 2026. It is registered and supervised only under Article 3(3) of the Luxembourg law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, as amended, and is not authorised by the CSSF.

Registration does not constitute approval or endorsement of the Fund, its strategy, this website or performance information. It does not confer an AIFMD passport for marketing throughout the European Economic Area.

Website information and access

This website provides information about LION-S and its research. It does not accept subscriptions or investment commitments.
